SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Well well well.
If it isn’t summer time… in about a month and a half.
I may be fashionably late to the Summer Camp Party, but I’m showing up, and I’m showing up in sequins and sunglasses and a really cool hat so that everyone sees me and thinks, “wow, look at that summer camp schedule there. That is really groovy…”
Yes, the registration for summer camps is open and you’re invited to participate.
What will we be doing, you ask?
Lots and lots of drawing.
We’ll make cartoons and comics.
We’ll do some chalk art on park sidewalks and parking lots.
We’ll do sketch walks.
We’ll find comfortable places at our beautiful parks where we can comfortably read excellent comics and manga.
We’ll hang out and talk and draw and read and draw and walk and have a lovely artsy time in Petaluma’s lovely parks making lovely art.
The art we make in these camps will be collected and published as our FTLOC Volume 4, Fall 2022 magazine.

Please also know that scholarships are available, and I don’t want the obstacle of money to get between your artistic and motivated kiddo and their comic-making potential. I’m happy to work things out.

Puede que llegue elegantemente tarde a la fiesta del campamento de verano, pero me presento, y me presento con lentejuelas, anteojos de sol y un sombrero realmente genial para que todos me vean y piensen: "guau, mira ese horario de campamento de verano". allí. Eso es realmente genial…”
Sí, la inscripción para los campamentos de verano está abierta y estás invitado a participar.
¿Qué haremos, te preguntarás?
Muchísimos dibujos. Haremos caricaturas y cómics. Haremos un poco de arte con tiza en las aceras de los parques y en los estacionamientos. Haremos caminatas con bocetos. Encontraremos lugares cómodos en nuestros hermosos parques donde podamos leer cómodamente excelentes cómics y manga. Pasaremos el rato, hablaremos, dibujaremos, leeremos, dibujaremos, caminaremos y pasaremos un momento artístico encantador en los hermosos parques de Petaluma haciendo arte encantador.
El arte que hacemos en estos campamentos se recopilará y publicará como nuestra revista FTLOC Volumen 4, otoño de 2022.

Tenga en cuenta también que hay becas disponibles, y no quiero que el obstáculo del dinero se interponga entre su hijo artístico y motivado y su potencial para hacer cómics. Estoy feliz de resolver las cosas.
